The 118 room Residence Inn Project in Louisville, KY was a comprehensive renovation of the interior and a re-paint exterior building fascade. The interior guestroom scope consisted of new cabinet door fronts in the kitchen & vanity, quartz countertops, new millwork for the closets and TV wall, shower conversions, casegoods, soft seating, wall vinyl, paint,barn door/ swing doors and all other new FFE. An ADA upgrade, fitness area re-deisgn, exterior patio addition of a BBQ grill & fireplace followed by an extensive lobby & breakfast area renovation rounded out this high level revitlization
