The Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa is a high end hub for corporate, group conference and leisure travel in the Mystic, CT shore region. This project was completed in three phases; Guestrooms, lobby & public spaces and meeting/ballrooms. The 285 guestrooms received a custom nautical themed renovation that included new flooring, wall vinyl, accent murals, casegoods, shower conversions, doors and FF&E. The lobby, restaurant, fitness area, pool all received an extensive high end face lift. Lastly, the renocation of meeting & function spaces consisted of 11 event rooms, 20 maximum breakout rooms and 20,000 sq ft of total event space.
